"My fiancé has been in five (5) hospitals since November 14, 2021. He was admitted to Spring Hills Post Acute Woodbury on February 2, 2022. This is where I first met your employee, Kelly Mission, APN. Among the stress of an unplanned ER visit and the ensuing delay of his arrival from 5 PM to 2 AM, no one seemed to know anything about his room, tube feeding, trach care, or medications (last given at 2 PM the previous day). The most important thing to me was his medical needs.
During a video call, Kelly entered his room and introduced herself. From that moment on, and through many video calls later, I felt assured that, at least medically, he was being seen by a competent individual. She always answers my questions in a way that I can understand. If she does not have an answer, she makes sure that she gets one and relays that information to us. [My fiancé] will be coming home soon, and I can say wholeheartedly that Kelly is the main reason why I did not move him to another facility. I was confident that she was more than qualified. She remains, to this day, the one constant thing, the one individual that I can rely on to do what she says she is going to do. No matter what I asked or requested, she had a wonderful attitude; one that I wish many others emulated.
We are all very quick to point out when a service or an individual does not meet our expectations, but I hold her in such high esteem, that I felt I needed to let you know of her dedication to her job, her professionalism and competency. I believe she is a tremendous asset to your company and certainly to Spring Hills. I can’t thank Kelly enough for the wonderful care [my fiancé] receives under her service."
