Thanks to the support of the Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (ODP), Senacare’s 24/7/365 STAT Telehealth service is now available to Waiver recipients across the state—ensuring individuals can receive expert care anytime, day or night, right from the comfort of home.

We’re not just another telehealth provider. Our multi-specialty team of local, highly trained clinicians has years of experience serving the IDD community throughout Pennsylvania. We understand the unique medical needs and communication styles of the individuals we care for—and we know the local healthcare system inside and out.

We’ve partnered with IDD providers across the state for years, delivering trusted, person-centered care backed by lasting relationships and a track record of excellence. Our clients stay with us—because we show up, we listen, and we care.

Senacare offers an ever-expanding suite of services, including:

Available through Pennsylvania Waivers (see below), this round-the-clock service connects individuals to Senacare doctors and clinicians for any medical issue—big or small—day or night, 365 days a year.

This means:

• No more missed medications due to a trip to urgent care
• No disruption to meals, activities, work, or sleep
• No unnecessary emergency room visits
• Peace of mind for families and caregivers

Senacare also provides ongoing support for:

• Chronic disease management
• Medication coordination
• Care planning with support teams
• Follow-up after hospital discharge
• Preventive health screenings
• Behavioral health consultations

These services are delivered in partnership with many leading IDD organizations throughout Pennsylvania.

  Thanks to the Pennsylvania ODP, Senacare’s Telehealth service is now available under the Specialty Telehealth and Assessment Team (STAT) program. This service can be added to a participant’s Individual Support Plan (ISP) and is eligible under the following Waivers:

• Consolidated Waiver
• Community Living Waiver
• Person/Family Directed Support Waiver

Anytime. Really. Whether it’s a fever at midnight, a medication question during dinner, or a rash on the weekend—Senacare is here.

Once enrolled, individuals can reach out any time they need:

• Medical evaluation
• Symptom management
• Help deciding whether to go to the ER
• Medication questions
• General health concerns

1. Work with your support coordinator to add Senacare’s      Telehealth (Procedure Code W7032) to your ISP.
2. Senacare can be added at any time through      a critical revision—it doesn’t need to wait for your annual plan renewal.
3. Only 1 unit per month gives      you unlimited access to Senacare’s expert care      team.
4. Once enrolled, you can begin using the service immediately.

2. Please have insurance and Medicaid information ready.
3. You’ll be connected directly with a provider—no      waiting, no hassle.

Senacare ensures seamless communication with your existing doctors, care teams, and family members. If urgent care or emergency services are needed, we’ll coordinate with your preferred providers to ensure the safest and smoothest transition.

We are not a replacement for your primary care provider. We’re your safety net—always here when you need us most.
